Privacy notice
Who processes the data you leave in the contact form on valready.com, why, for how long, and what your rights are.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Controller
The controller of the personal data you enter in the form is Mikołaj Wituszyński, a natural person running the Valready project. Contact: contact@valready.com.
2. What data
What you enter in the form, and the date you sent it:
- e-mail address (required),
- name, company name and message (optional).
3. Purpose and legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it — art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering a request for contact). We send no newsletter or advertising, do no profiling, and do not pass form data to AI models.
4. Technical data
When you send the form, the server receives your IP address and information about your browser. They are used to protect against spam and end up in server logs, which we keep for 30 days (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — security of the service). We do not store them with your enquiry.
5. How long
Your enquiry is deleted automatically after about 12 months, or earlier if you ask. E-mail correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to handle the matter.
6. Service providers
The data is processed on our behalf only by technical service providers:
- Google Cloud — server and database in the European Union (the Netherlands); Firebase Hosting (Google) — serving the website,
- Spaceship, Inc. (Spacemail) — e-mail for the valready.com domain.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Google and Spaceship are based in the USA, so technical connection data and e-mail correspondence may be processed outside the European Economic Area — on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (art. 46 GDPR) and, for Google, also the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Write to contact@valready.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the authority in the EU country where you live.
Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we cannot reply to your enquiry. The website uses no cookies and no analytics tools.
9. Contact
For anything concerning your personal data, write to contact@valready.com.
